A collaboration between Hunter Candles and Chiswick Woollahra, this scent is an olfactory experience like no other. Upon the change of season, esteemed chef François Poulard helmed a bespoke tour behind Chiswick Garden’s wrought iron gates.

Among the garden’s seasonal greens, a coterie of native honey bees worked fastidiously around their hive. One taste of this particular hive’s honey revealed the refined leafy tones of Australian thyme, transposed from a bush nestled nearby. When coupled with sweet floral notes drawn from other corners of the garden, this beautifully herbaceous golden honey becomes truly indulgent.

Our Chiswick candle captures the aromatic opulence of this unique nectar - perfect for those seeking the flair of fine dining beyond the plate.

Killing me

We love this. Love them all. The scent doesn’t overcome like the sticky sweet scents of other non Hunter candles. They’re subtle enough to be able to have lit for a while and sometimes you can discern between the ingredients enough to say ‘yep, can smell that’. We have a monthly subscription but we’re on a pension so Hunter should be impressed that we chose them! It is a lot of $ for us. Bought in bulk twice too. Great gifts for guys as well! This goes for all their candles. They’re terrific.
