What's the cost of shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $65. Otherwise our shipping rates are $10 domestic, $25 express. We ship with in 1-2 days. Read more here.
Do you offer click and collect?

We have two pick up options at our two Sydney stores. Either Newtown or Surry Hills. Both available at the check out.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship from Sydney. Orders are dispatch within 1 to 2 days. Delivery will depend on where you're located. You can find out more here.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for signing up to our email list. We also have regular promotions and discounts available. Sign up here so you never miss out.
What's your most popular scent?

We have many popular scents, and it does depend on what you're wanting to feel, however the scent everyone loves is Australia- blue gum, lemon myrtle, wattle! This comes in a candles, a mist, and a diffuser.
What's the burn time of your candles?

Our glass candles burn for a minimum of 50 hours, while our smaller tins provide at least 20 hours of burn time. This ensures you can enjoy your favourite scents for longer, making them perfect for any occasion or simply to create a cozy atmosphere at home.
Can I refill my candle?

Yes! Please either bring your empty Hunter glass back to our King St shop, or send it to us with your email address, return address and scent choice. We will have this ready in 2-3 days. It's $35 for a refill. Read more here.
How do I care for my candles?

To ensure the best burn and longevity, always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn, and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time. This will help prevent tunneling and maximize your candle's life.

Do you have a shop so I can experience your scents?

We do! Our shop on King St in Newtown, and a shop in Surry Hills. We are open everyday! We would love to see you. Alternatively, we have select stockists in Australia. You can find both details here.
When are your stores open?

Newtown: Everyday! During the week 10am-6pm, and on the weekends 10am-4pm. Surry Hills : 10am-6pm during the week, and 10am-4pm weekends. Find out more here.
